liblbfgs0-dbg software package provides L-BFGS solver for unconstrained nonlinear optimization problems, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install liblbfgs0-dbg
liblbfgs0-dbg is installed in your system.
Make ensure the liblbfgs0-dbg package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep liblbfgs0-dbg *
You will get with liblbfgs0-dbg package name, version, architecture and description in a table
